1. I live too far to arrange a studio visit but would like to see a sample of your work before ordering my invitations, is that possible?
   Sure, we'd love to send you a sample invitation in the mail. There is no charge for samples, just the cost of postage. If you later place an
   order for invitations we’ll deduct that from your final balance.
   
   
2. I live in the New York City area, can I come by to look at invitations?
   Of course! Our process is set up to make out-of-town ordering easy, however if you’re here in the area we would be happy to meet with
   you in person to discuss your ideas. Just email or call us to set up an appointment.
   
   
3. I have already designed my own invitations. Can you letterpress print them if I email you files?
   Absolutely. These days more and more clients are submitting complete files and we’re more than happy to print them for you. Just email
   or call us if you have any questions about file set-up or designing for letterpress.
   
   
4. I want letterpress invitations for my wedding but am on a budget. Is there any way to cut down on costs?
   Sure, there are a few ways you can lower your costs. One option is to go with a one-color ink option instead of two, another is to opt for blank envelopes and address your envelopes at home.
   
   
5. What are my options for creating a "green" invitation?
   Great question. We are proud to announce that our new house paper is Savoy, a gorgeous 100% cotton stock made entirely from
   recycled cotton rag. It's a great tree-free option for eco-friendly invitations. This stock is also archival and acid-free.
   
   
6. What are my payment options? We accept payments by check, paypal or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). To provide your credit card number
   over the phone, please call us during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm ET). If you are paying by check we will need to
   wait until the payment clears before shipping your order. We charge 9% sales tax only on orders shipped to a NY state address.
   
   
7. What if I require more than three rounds of revisions on my proofs?
   The proof process is easier than you probably think, and we rarely exceed three rounds of revisions. If additional rounds are necessary
   there is $30 charge per round, but we’ll do our best to avoid that.
   
   
8. My calligrapher requires extra envelopes, is there an additional charge for those?
   Your order already includes an extra 10% of outer envelopes at no additional cost, but if need be we can include more for a nominal charge.
