Refund policy
At Moontree Letterpress, each item is carefully crafted to order. Because many of our products are personalized or custom-made, we do not accept returns on custom orders unless the final product does not match the proof that was approved by the customer prior to production.
If you receive an item that differs from your approved proof or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to correct the problem as quickly as possible—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund where appropriate.
For non-custom, non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
