Order Processing
All orders are printed and packed with care. Most ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks after proof approval. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship via USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical U.S. delivery times are 3–7 business days after shipment. Moontree Letterpress is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot be responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.
