Module One · Session 1.2
The Four Strokes
Every capital letter in this course is built from four elements: the vertical, the horizontal, the diagonal, and the curve. This session teaches each one as a deliberate, single pass of the pen: verticals pull straight down, horizontals travel left to right, diagonals fall to the right at one consistent angle, and the curve is a circle drawn in two halves. Lift the pen fully between strokes. Slow is smooth, and smooth is clean.

The drills
1
The full line, medium. All four strokes across one line: trace it, then fill the empty rows beneath.
2
The full line, small. The same line at writing size. Alternate strokes freely as the rows run out.
