Module Three · Session 3.2
The Small Hand
This is where your notes live: about a quarter inch, the size a message actually gets written at. Everything shrinks except the standards. Even caps, a steady baseline, and the same one angle for every diagonal. If the small hand wobbles, the fix is almost always slower, not smaller.
The drills
1
The alphabet, small. One traced row, A through Z, then your repeat.
2
Lines. Three real ones: THANK YOU FOR YOUR NOTE, WISHING YOU EVERY JOY, and WITH DEEPEST SYMPATHY. Trace each, then write it.
3
Free practice. Lines of your own. Date this sheet; it is the one you will set beside your first sheet at the end of the course.
